To release emotional pain and foster a sense of calm and healing through a breathing ritual combined with gentle spellwork.
Ingredients:
Rose Quartz Crystal – Promotes emotional healing and self-love.
Pink Candle – Represents compassion and emotional well-being.
Lavender Essential Oil – Encourages calm and relaxation.
Small Bowl of Water – Symbolizes cleansing and renewal.
Piece of Parchment Paper and Pen – To write your healing intention.

Prepare the Space:
Light the pink candle and add a few drops of lavender oil to the bowl of water. Place the rose quartz nearby.
Set Your Intention:
Write down what you wish to heal or release (e.g., “I release all feelings of grief and welcome peace into my heart.”). Fold the parchment and place it under the bowl.
Breathing Ritual:
Sit comfortably and hold the rose quartz in your left hand (close to your heart if possible).
Close your eyes and take deep breaths:
Inhale for 4 counts, visualizing calm, pink energy entering your body.
Hold for 4 counts, letting the energy settle in your heart.
Exhale for 6 counts, imagining all pain and tension leaving your body.
Charge the Water:
As you breathe, imagine the water absorbing your emotional pain. After a few minutes, say:
“Water of life, crystal of love,
Heal my heart with strength from above.
With every breath, my soul is free.
So it is, so mote it be.”
Final Step:
Dip your fingers into the water and gently anoint your forehead and heart.
Extinguish the candle, thanking its light for guiding your healing.
Dispose of the Water:
Pour the water onto the earth or a plant to ground the released energy.
